ANDREA QUINLAN

A NEW WAVE DANCE MUSICAL SCENE STARRING ANNA KARINA

With my breasts She undoes her jacket. But what I do love She plays with her hair. Things I don't like you to do She swings her top. “Yes!” that's what I say She touches her hair. People always wonder why She throws away her cap. Is if you can stroke my back a little more She hugs her shoulders. Is when you make a fuss or noise She is happy. I'm no angel She is sad. But men never complain She is puzzled. Why they all go for me She walks backwards.

Andrea Quinlan is a writer based in New Zealand. Her poems have been published in Gaga Stigmata, Delirious Hem's SEAM RIPPER, and brief. Her chapbook We Speak Girl will be published by Dancing Girl Press in 2012. You can find her blog here.
